On this page, we explain how to order at Gomibo. Ordering is done in three simple steps: select, order, and receive. We make ordering as easy as possible and keep you informed of the order status by email after you place the order. That way, you'll know exactly what's happening before, during, and after placing an order!

Step 1: Select a Product

You can find what you're looking for in no time with our compare feature, whether you're looking for a phone with a contract, a SIM Only contract, or a phone without a contract. At Gomibo, we also offer a great range of tablets and accessories. You can find our complete range of products on the website and in the app. We're sure you'll find something that suits your wishes!

Step 2: Add to Shopping Cart & Order

You can use the green order button to place the product in the shopping cart. Choose your preferred shipping method, enter your details, and complete your payment.

Step 3: Delivery

Your package will now be shipped to you. You can find more information about this on our shipping and delivery page. You can now receive your product. Enjoy!

Step 4: Exchanges and cancellations

Want to exchange or cancel your order? We are sorry that not everything is as you expected, but of course we will help you sort it out. All Gomibo products can be returned free of charge up to 31 days after receipt. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the product back to us.

    There are no extra charges for paying via bank transfer. However, please take into account that it may take 1 to 2 business days before the bank transfers the payment to our bank account. Once we've received and processed your payment, we'll ship your order.

    24 hours / In stock: The product is currently in stock.
    2-4 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock. We can deliver the product within 2 to 4 business days.
    5-7 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock. We can deliver the product within 5 to 7 business days.
    X number of weeks: The product has a longer delivery time, but a new delivery is expected. The estimated delivery time may change as we are dependent on the supplier.
    Temporarily sold out: The product is currently sold out, but will be back in stock soon. The exact delivery time is still unknown and can vary from 1 business day to a few weeks. We are dependent on the supplier for this.
    Temporarily unavailable The product is currently temporarily unavailable. Our customer service doesn't know when this product will be available again. We recommend that you make another choice.
    No longer available: The product is not available at the moment. We don't expect to stock the product in the future again.
    Pre-order: The product is not yet available, but you can order it already. You will then be among the first to receive the product. Check the description on the product page for the first expected delivery date.
    Future: The product is not available yet; we expect to start the pre-order period soon. Enter your email address on the product page to receive a notification as soon as the product is available.
